Bar, Bistro & Hotel

The Orchard Hotel provides a quality Bar, Bistro and Hotel in the heart of Falkirk Town Centre. It has stood on the corner of Kerse Lane since the early 1786 and has been a centre piece of Falkirk ever since. It has been through several reincarnations over the years serving as a town dwelling house, stable, a girl's finishing school and opened as a hotel in the early 1900's.

Nowadays the ideal setting for work, leisure, business and special occasions, the family-owned Orchard Hotel provides traditional Scottish hospitality in a thoroughly modern style. From the splendid full cooked Scottish breakfast to the contemporary comforts, the beautifully refurbished rooms and the timeless elegance of the Bar & Bistro, this is a hotel with character as well as professional commitment.

Our standards

At the Orchard we offered the highest standards. From the collection of drinks we offer, the delicious home made food from our bistro menu, and the en-suite accommodation. Fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce is prepared daily by our dynamic and professional brigade of chefs to create the superb dishes for which we are well know for.

The Terrace

Bespoke umbrellas provide shade from the sun and heaters for warmth on those cooler days ensuring that the terrace can be used throughout the year.
